ONLYS (By Firecracker Event) is a cozy Northcote wine and snack bar open onlyS on Friday nights. Expect small-batch, lo-fi wines, candlelit tables, custom playlists and simple seasonal snacks by Chef Nikki Owen.
It’s casual, intimate, and community-minded — your once-a-week ritual for gOOD pours, gREAT food, and lingering conversations.

Our core business is Firecracker Event and we are usually catering and curating events at other times.
Opening one night only keeps it like a mini event every week.

The menu is designed (by our clever Chef Nikki Owen) as snack based / share plates. It’s based on seasonal produce from our local suppliers and we mix it up each month.
Our kitchen is minimal, so the food will come out as it comes.

Absolutely. We love it! Get in touch to find out more. We can host up to 50 guests for a seated event or 60 guests cocktail style.

Back in June 2024, we launched a pop-up called ONLY_S.
It was open Saturday and Sunday and served soup, schnitzels, sandwiches, sausage rolls, sweets and Coffee Supreme.
Everything that starts with an S.
It was meant to be for 6 weeks but we had such a positive response, we decided to keep it going.
It’s evolved quite a bit and many guests were naturally calling it ONLYS, rather than ONLY. S
We surrendered and ONLYS has stuck.
